I am currently recruiting for a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk role based in South East London. This is working for an exciting architectural company to assist them during a busy period.

My client is an exciting architectural company based in South East London. Founded in 1991, they are an internationally acclaimed, award winning Chartered Architecture and Interior Design practice who are dedicated to creating world-class projects with integrity, intelligence and flair.

Due to recent success they are looking to add a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to assist their busy finance team.

Description

Purchase Ledger Clerk, South East London

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Inputting, coding and authorising high volumes of invoices on a daily basis
  • Supplier Statement reconciliations
  • Putting together weekly BACS runs and processing payments
  • Managing the finance inbox
  • Answering payment queries

Profile

Must be immediately available or maximum 1 week notice period.

Previous exposure to the above responsibilities is desirable.

Previous exposure to accounting software is desirable.

Job Offer

The successful candidate will be offered between £10-14 per hour. This is a temporary role for 3-4 months to assist during a busy period.
