A well established company, with offices based in Stoke-on-Trent, are recruiting Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team.

Description

As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will report into the Finance Manager, responsible for the accurate inputting of invoices and credit notes for the business.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: accurate inputting of purchase invoices; responding to and resolving queries; monthly payment rungs; bank reconciliations.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Have recent knowledge of working in a Purchase Ledger role - Essential
  • Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
