A role within the headquarters of a nationwide recognised firm has recently come available.
This is a diverse role that is going to require an enthusiastic and friendly individual that has previous office experience. This position will require the successful candidate to learn a variety of skills in the accounts office to enable additional cover across the office.
Further duties include:
*Entering invoices on to the system, coding them accordingly
*Dealing with queries
*Sorting and distributing post
*Ordering office supplies
*Scanning and filing
*General admin duties
The successful candidate must be computer literate and be comfortable navigating word and excel.
This is the ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and to be kept busy, working to deadlines, ensuring that all administrative tasks needed to support the team are completed in a timely fashion.
Working week is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
£16k per annum
