A highly successful advertising agency are currently looking to recruit an Purchase Ledger Clerk to contribute to their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity within a creative, social environment which offers substantial career progression.

Main Responsibilities
• Processing invoices
• Managing a portfolio of suppliers and dealing with all supplier queries via phone and e-mail
• Ensuring invoices are authorised in line with company policy
• Producing payment runs and ad hoc payments, ensuring suppliers are paid within payment terms
• Bank postings
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Posting and reconciling all job related travel
• Maintaining the Finance e-mail inbox
• Maintaining Credit Cars, gaining approval, making payments and reconciling
• Supplier setup and maintenance
• Any other ad hoc finance or administrative duties that may arise from time to time

The successful applicant will have proven experience working in a similar AP role. Currently studying or looking to study AAT will be an advantage. A high level of proficiency in the use of excel is beneficial in addition to strong communication skills.
