Purchase Ledger Clerk

Our client is based in Esher, Surrey and are an established company working within the travel sector and due to growth in the business they are looking to recruit a dynamic and hands on Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team. The successful individual will be responsible for all area’s responsible for maintaining the daily ledgers. This is an initial 3 month contract role with the possibility of an extension for the right candidate.

Duties will include:

  • Processing of invoices
  • Dealing with day to day queries via calls and emails
  • Reconciling statements
  • Raising payments

Assisting in ad-hoc departmental duties

To be considered for this opportunity you should be able to demonstrate:

  • Experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to work in a team and meet tight deadlines
