CMA Recruitment Group is working with an SME based in Whiteley, Hampshire who are looking for an Office/Purchase Ledger Administrator to join the team.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role will involve:

*Answering, directing and making phone calls
*Controlling basic accounting functions such as checking and processing invoices
*Attaching invoices to goods received notes
*Checking invoice variances at the end of the month
*Monitoring and ordering inventory of office supplies
*Taking and distributing messages
*Handling inquiries and incoming work requests
*Reviewing files and records to answer requests for information
*Checking and distributing documents and correspondence
*Checking and entering data
*Updating and maintaining databases
*Ad hoc duties as requested by the manager.

The successful candidate will be pro-active and keen to learn. This is a trainee level position so training will be provided but would suit someone who is IT literate and quick to pick up systems. This is a great opportunity to work with a long standing, professional team. Due to the office location, applicants with access to a car are preferred as public transport links are limited.
