Purchase Ledger Clerk

Sewell Wallis are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a small business in South Sheffield. The role would be responsible for the all round Purchase Ledger process, reporting to the Finance Manager. Alongside processing invoices, the successful person would liaise with external parties to obtain relevant documents and information.

- Reporting to the Finance Manager.
- Collating all supplier invoices on a daily basis.
- Requesting delivery notes and purchase orders to be matched with invoices.
- Dealing with supplier accounts.
- Resolving queries with external parties.
- Preparing outgoing payments to suppliers.

- 2 years experience of Purchase Ledger.
- Good excel skills.

Hours: Full or Part Time
Salary: £17,000 - £19,000
