Permanent Position – Purchase Ledger Clerk
Based in Smethwick
Full time hours – 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 08:00am – 4:30pm 
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join an established homewares manufacturing company on a full time permanent basis. You will be joining an expanding business in a vibrant office environment. 
Duties will involve:
  • Supplier query resolution
  • Purchase ledger invoice processing
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Resolving invoice queries
  • Posting customer statements
  • Raising and processing purchase orders for the business and liaising with suppliers
  • General accounts administration as required
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Excellent administration skills
  • Fully proficient on all MS packages, including Excel Spreadsheets
  • Fully proficient on Sage 50 or Sage 200
  • Positive attitude with a “can do” approach
  • A background within manufacturing would be an advantage
