Client Details

A Not for Profit organisation in Leeds are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a Fixed Term Contract basis. They are a well known organisation and are regarded as an excellent employer. They are also based in a great location accessible by Public Transport or they offer car parking

Description

Duties may include but are not limited to, processing invoices, authorising payments, processing the payment runs, raising payments, matching batching and coding invoices, reconciliations, processing expenses, working with petty cash, dealing with queries and any other ad hoc queries.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • be immediately available or on a weeks notice ESSENTIAL
  • have held a similar position previously ESSENTIAL
  • have processed invoices and worked with reconciliations ESSENTIAL
  • have excellent communication skills ESSENTIAL

Job Offer

£20,000 - £23,000 + Fixed Term Contract position + Leeds based + Not for Profit Organisation + immediate start + Purchase Ledger Clerk
