Purchase Ledger Clerk

Purchase Ledger clerk required for an independent, award winning business on the outskirts of Maidstone. The role will have responsibility for the full cycle of purchase ledger from processing purchase invoices to month end close.

Detailed duties include;

  • High volume purchase invoice processing
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Problem solving
  • Dealing with queries
  • Weekly payment runs

Its a busy team, and as the company grows so will the role, offering an excellent opportunity for career enhancement.

Successful candidates must have had some experience within an accounts department. This could suit an Accounts Administrator/Junior who is looking for their first role within Purchase Ledger.

The main thing is to show a strong work ethic, have an understanding of purchase ledger and your own transport.
