Simpson Judge are working with well-established company based in Oldham who are looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract with an opportunity for a Permanent role.
- End to End Purchase Ledger duties.
- Invoice reconciliation.
- Query resolution.
- Receipt of invoices from suppliers and reconcile with the relevant Purchase orders.
- Processing payment of suppliers ensuring compliance with the appropriate financial procedures.
- Set up and maintain new supplier accounts.
Skills & Experience:
- Purchase ledger experience.
- Experience on Sage 200.
- Strong academics - ideally AAT qualified but will offer study support if required.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Microsoft Office proficient.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Positive team worker and ''cando'' attitude.
- Proactive, organised and methodical.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Interpersonal skills both in person and by phone.
