A recent retirement has created the need for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a family-run manufacturing business in Stockport.

The current employee leaves in March which will guarantee a substantial handover period so you can become confident with the daily processes and systems used.

Your job role will include:

Processing all company purchase invoices
Supplier statement reconciliations
Preparing BACS payment runs
Matching all stock invoices to Purchase Orders and POD's and sending for authorisation
Raising queries and seeing through to resolution
Preparing Information for HMRC including EC Sales and intrastate reporting
Using Sage Line 50 daily
