£9.00 - £9.50 per hour + holiday pay

My client, a well established organisation, situated on the outskirts of Cardiff require an experienced purchase ledger clerk for a 6 month temporary assignment. Working in a friendly team, my client is looking for the successful candidate to come in and assist with the day to day management of the purchase ledger function.

The suitable candidate will have previous exposure of dealing with high volume data entry of invoices and associated administration tasks. Reporting into the Purchase Ledger Manager and working in a small and friendly accounts team, you will be required to deal with the following:

Key responsibilities will include:

1) High volume Inputting of supplier invoices

2) Dealing with supplier queries

3) Statement reconciliations

4) Preparing invoices for payment stage

It is vital you possess strong communication skills and experience of working within a manufacturing, engineering or construction environment would be highly advantageous. Due to location a car driver is preferred.
