Purchase Ledger Clerk

CMA Recruitment Group are actively seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join an excellent employer based in Chichester, West Sussex. The role has become available due to heavy workloads and will commence on Monday, 12th February where your responsibilities will include:

*Processing invoices and resolving supplier queries;
*Sending out reminders for outstanding invoices;
*Dealing with debit balances;
*Assisting with 'writing off' outstanding cheques;
*Check incoming post and contact suppliers to ensure statements/invoices are sent to the correct contacts;
*Help with voiding and reissuing payments.

The successful candidate will possess strong purchase ledger experience gained ideally from an SME or large business and will have a proven track record in dealing with and resolving supplier queries. Benefits include free, onsite parking and the possibility of a contract extension.
