Sheridan Maine are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a well established organisation based in Basingstoke.

My client will offer a competitive salary, bonus, private healthcare and flexible working hours. They are easily commutable from Basingstoke train station and have ample parking. This is a newly created position due to the growth of the international organisation.

Primary responsibilities for this role will include:
  • Processing high volume invoices
  • Dealing with query invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Raising and posting supplier payment runs
  • Creating new supplier accounts
The successful candidate will need to have previous Purchase Ledger experience of processing high volume invoices. It is desirable that you have experience using SAP. It is paramount that you have strong verbal communication skills coupled with a good telephone manner.
