Purchase Ledger Clerk

My client is looking for a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to cover for around 4-6 weeks in their busy Finance team

You will be responsible for the full Purchase Ledger process so you must have hands on experience - the client will require you to hit the ground running!

Duties & Responsibilities;

  • Scanning, matching, batching and coding Purchase Ledger invoices
  • Preparation of Supplier payment runs - weekly and monthly
  • Handling and resolving Supplier queries
  • Manual and electronic filing of invoices to keep accurate records
  • Ad hoc duties as required across Purchase Ledger and other areas of Finance

You must be available to start asap - the start date for this role will be Monday 8th January 2018

Working hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm - onsite parking is available
