This is a fixed term contract for 6 months.
We are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk with a view of starting in early January. This is a fantastic opportunity for a well experience/skilled candidate to join a very well known established organisation.
The perfect candidate will be able to:
*Assist the Accounts Payable Manager in the delivery of an effective and flexible service which is customer focused
*Ensuring invoices are processed within the required timescales and are correctly authorised
*Participate in training and contribute to improvements within the Accounts Payable function
*Respond to supplier and customer enquiries to support the delivery of an effective and accurate Accounts Payable service
*Contribute to devising and implementing procedures for area of responsibility
The perfect candidate will have:
*Knowledge of financial information and confidentiality
*Good understanding of Accounts Payable processes
*Experience using OpenAccounts & eBis (desirable)
*Experience using a purchase to pay system
