An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join an organisation based in Helensburgh on a permanent basis.
Duties will include:
- Matching, batching and coding invoices (150 per week)
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Ensuring invoices have been signed off by Managers and matching to PO numbers
- Handle and resolve supplier queries
- Ad hoc duties as required
The successful candidate should have experience in a Sage package and a working knowledge of basic Excel. Ideally, you will be a driver with access to your own vehicle as public transport is limited. Interested? Please apply online now.
