Purchase Ledger Clerk duties include but are not limited to:
Matching, batching and coding purchase invoices
Dealing with petty cash and expenses
Liaising with suppliers
Dealing with supplier queries
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, either within industry of from a practice environment & have full working knowledge of the SAGE accountancy package.
Have excellent communication skills
Have a practical working knowledge of Accounts Payable
Have a practical working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office programs
Strong work ethic
General ad hoc accounts work within the Department
