Purchase Ledger Clerk
£8.00 - £8.50 per hour + holiday pay
My client, a well established manufacturing business, situated on the outskirts of Cardiff require a purchase ledger clerk for a potential temporary to permanent contract.
The ideal candidate will have previous exposure of dealing with high volume data entry of invoices and associated administration tasks. Reporting into the Financial Accountant and working in a friendly accounts team, you will be required to deal with the following:
Key responsibilities will include:
1) Inputting supplier invoices
2) Dealing with supplier queries
3) Statement reconciliations
4) Preparing invoices for payment stage
It is vital you possess strong communication skills and possess a `can do` attitude. My client will consider candidates who are looking for an entry into accounts but have had some `invoice and data entry experience`. Knowledge of Excel is also vital for this role.
