Nelson Chambers are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client in Colchester.

Already boasting multiple National offices, this is an an incredibly exciting time for our client who have rapidly expanded over the past twelve months with further growth plans for 2017/2018.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Working within the Accounts team providing a smooth and efficient process
  • Reconciling accounts (including- foreign)
  • Filing invoices
  • Escalating unresolved issues to Senior Management
  • Manage discrepancies/issues
  • Ensure invoices are logged into the system correctly
  • Build good relationships with clients and ensure records are updated accordingly
  • Provide cover within the Accounts team where needed

Person Specification:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Studying towards AAT preferable


Days Required: Monday-Friday
Hours: 9AM-5.00PM
Job Type: Permanent

Salary negotiable dependant on experience
