In order to carry out this role effectively, you should have worked in fast paced finance department where you have had to manage your time effectively and post a high attention to detail. It would be beneficial to possess proficient MS Excel skills as there will be substantial spreadsheet maintenance as part of the role. Ideally someone from a construction background would be preferable.
