Purchase Ledger Clerk (Temporary)
Accountancy Action is pleased to be working with a well-known local employer to recruit an experienced purchase ledger clerk on an ongoing temporary basis. The role is to cover a long term absence within the department and is a position within an established and friendly team.
We are looking for candidates who have experience within a finance department and have strong communication skills allowing you to build effective internal and external working relationships. You will also be available at little or no notice and keen to start a new role as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Posting all purchase invoices.
- Ensure all PO’s and invoices follow the correct process.
- Statement Reconciliation.
- Payment runs.
- Dealing with Supplier queries
- Ledger reconciliations.
You will also have a flexible attitude and be happy to assist in other areas of finance and administration.
