Purchase Ledger Clerk/Assistant

QED Legal is instructed by a strong, multi-sited legal 500 firm keen to appoint purchase ledger clerk/ accounts assistant to its firm to directly assist the Finance Manager.

Based at the firms' office in Colchester, we are keen to speak to a purchase ledger assistant with previous experience proficient in processing invoices, posting to the accounts system, dealing with the sending, receiving and recording of CHAPS/electronic payments, recording all account transactions including checking requests, preparing daily banking, issuing cheques, dealing with bank reconciliations, checking and posting bills. You will also be responsible for handling partner's expenses, reclaiming VAT, and preparing reports.
