Brewster Pratap are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a 30 hour week basis for a well known and successful business headquartered in the Doncaster area.
Due to retirement the company require a Purchase Ledger Clerk to work alongside a small finance team. Reporting into the Finance Supervisor and working alongside a Credit Controller and Payroll Officer you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Processing purchase invoices
- Handing payment queries
- Process employer payments
- Produce supplier statements
- Process employee expenses
- General office administration
This role is for 30 hours per week and can be based over 4 days (any for Monday to Friday) or split over the working week, hours to suit the successful applicant between 8.30 - 5.30.
This role would suit an experienced purchase ledger clerk, however the company will happily look at entry level candidates who have some office administration experience and able to pick up the role quickly with intermediate Excel skills. They would also look at somebody studying AAT looking at their first role in accounts.
