Growing Healthcare brand are seeking a switched on Purchase Ledger Assistant to join the growing finance team over a period of 3 months to help clear backlog of work and effectively manage the purchase ledger across the group.

This role will be paying between £21-£24k per annum and there will be an expectation for a permanent role at the end of the contract.

Description

You will be reporting directly into the finance manager your main tasks for this role will include:

  • Processing supplier invoices, raising queries
  • Coding and posting supplier invoices
  • Maintaining the purchase ledger account across the group
  • posting all bank payments to the accounting system

Profile

To be a successful Purchase Ledger Assistant you will need to have experience within Accounts payable to work autonomously and hit the ground running from Day 1.

You will either be a Finance and graduate or an AAT studier, switched on and progressive, keen to progress your career in finance

It will be advantageous to have experience in Xerox, but having the ability to pick up systems quickly and being able to communicate effectively with colleagues and suppliers is essential.

On offer will be the post of Purchase ledger Assistant for 3 months paying between £21-£24k.
