Hays Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be recruiting for a temporary purchase ledger clerk for a fast-growing food service provider.
Your new role
As the Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for matching and coding invoices, preparing and processing the purchase ledger payment run, reconciling supplier statements and setting up new purchase ledger accounts.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have recent and relevant mid-high-volume purchase ledger or accounts payable experience. You will be able to effectively work on your own as well as be a team player. You will have excellent communications skills and be a highly organised individual. You must be able to work well under pressure and be expected to manage deadlines by prioritising tasks. You should have strong IT skills, with an intermediate knowledge of Excel.
