A friendly Finance team has an opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Assistant who will be responsible for
- Posting , coding invoices & credit notes.
- Reconciliation of purchases statement.
- Posting & Allocating payments.
- Producing & posting remittances.
- Posting standing orders, payments.
- Liaising with suppliers and department managers.
- Bank reconciliation.
To succeed in the role you are likely to have a minimum of 3 years purchase ledger experience, a keen eye for detail and will be a team player. Previous experience of Sage would be an advantage.
