Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Ensuring invoices are matches against purchase orders
- Matching, batching, coding invoices
- Dealing with all supplier and internal queries
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Processing payments in line with the payment run
- Liaising with supplier and supply chain for query resolution
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 5 years experience in a purchase ledger role where you have been responsible for matching purchase orders to invoices, dealing with all supplier queries and resolving issues that may arise. You will have experience dealing with stock invoices as this is a big part of the role. You will have previously worked in the retail/manufacturing/FMCG industries.
