Key duties;

  • Coding and input of supplier invoices and employee expenses
  • Resolving supplier and internal queries in a timely manner
  • Ensuring purchase ledger policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Preparing manual payment cheques
  • Supplier list maintenance
