Purchase ledger/Accounts Payable - Victoria

My client a global consulting firm are seeking a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their welcoming and friendly team on a permanent basis. This is a sole role and will require the selected candidate to have strong interpersonal skills along with strong organisational skills with an eye for accuracy.

Salary up to £28000 + Bonus + additional benefits
Hours: 9-5pm (flexibility offered)
Short walk away from a mainline station

Processing of all supplier invoices/payments
Ensuring compliance of supplier invoices with internal controls ie correct case coding & Partner/Manager approval
Management of creditor accounts in the accounting system/posting of bank account entries
Preparation of weekly payment run
Interaction with Treasury Manager to ensure maximisation of efficiency re cash flow management.
Liaison with suppliers and staff re account queries etc
Processing of interview honorarium/maintenance of travel, courier accounts
Petty cash management
Bank reconciliations multi-currency

Strong interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with an eye for accuracy.
The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
Previous book-keeping experience advantageous
Usage of SAP would be welcomed but not essential
