Purchase Ledger / Accounts Assistant

Absolute Accountancy Recruitment are working with a fast growth tech business with modern offices and a friendly working environment to recruit a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable Clerk / Accounts Assistant. Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input all supplier invoices in order to meet payment deadlines
  • Match purchase orders to the correct invoices
  • Coding of invoices
  • Reconcile supplier statements and chase up missing invoices
  • Bank Allocations and Reconciliations
  • Expenses
  • Assist with month end duties

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year accounts experience
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • IT literate and good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
