I am currently partnered with an established firm based in Burgess Hill, who are looking for a Purchase Ledger Accounts Assistant to join their team immediately on a temporary, ongoing basis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Checking and maintaining purchase invoices against orders
- Entering debts and credits within the purchase ledger
- Matching and reconciling invoices
- Providing assistance within other general accounting and finance functions
The ideal candidate will be immediately available, have some experience within the field and be able to manage their workload to meet deadlines.
