An exciting opportunity has arisen in Woking for a Purchase Ledger/ Accounts Assistant. This is a full time role, working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. This is a 4 week temporary role and will need an immediate start. The company use SAP so prior use of the system is key. The role is paying £13 to £13.50ph dependant on experience. This is a great opportunity for someone wish to work for a charity organisation or for someone looking to get back in to work after a short break.

The Company
This is a multi-national children’s charity organisation

The Role
As this is a multi-national organisation they work in a variety of currencies, therefore some understanding of this would be of benefit. You will be running all aspects of the purchase ledger including invoicing, coding and authorisation. You will also have some Assistant Accountant duties such as month end reporting, assisting financial manager in year end and posting journals to the general ledger.. The company use SAP, therefore prior use is key.

Key Requirements
• You will need to be available to start immediately
• Prior use of SAP
• Previous Purchase Ledger or Accounts Assistant experience
