Service and Maintenance Engineer

Covering Banbury/Bristol/Worcester/Birmingham

48 hours per week, flexibility required

Circa £28,000

My Client is a waste management company. They are specialists in off-mains waste water services.

They are looking for a confident, energetic, field service and maintenance engineer to join their growing team. Benefits of the role include access to a company van, company pension, life assurance (for pension scheme members) healthcare cash plan, childcare vouchers and company bonus scheme.

Role Accountabilities:

*Deliver maintenance and repair service to customers.
*Diagnose, problem solve and quote for repairs.
*Provide installation and refurbishment service of pump stations and treatment plants.
*Maintain and update maintenance reports.
*Flexibility within the job role as you will be expected to attend out-of-hours call outs.
*Comply with Group H&S policies and behaviours.

Person Specification:

*Demonstrable experience in waste water pump and treatment installation and repair.
*Ability to work under minimal supervision.
*Results orientated, self-starter who delivers to deadlines.
*Ability to problem solve and provide an excellent service to our customers.
*Able to work as part of a team and independently.
*Excellent communication skills.

As part of the role you will form part of a call out rota and will receive payment for each week that you are on standby.
