Public Sector Account Manager - The Role
Our client are seeking a talented IT Sales professional to join a growing Public Sector Sales team. Responsible for managing Public Sector customers, you will have extensive commercial experience and a demonstrable track record in selling into high profile customer accounts.
- Daily identification, nurturing and closing of new sales opportunities within a defined account base
- Constantly build a sustainable pipeline of business opportunities
- Regularly review/analyse accounts to understand growth opportunities for new lines of business
- Continuously engaging with customers making them aware of suitable products, services and solutions available to meet their needs
Public Sector Account Manager - Required Competencies:
Experience in selling IT Infrastructure Professional Services is essential, including Datacenter, Unified Communications, IT Security, Cloud Services, Managed Networks and Workplace solutions. You will have experience in managing complex sales campaigns, to engage, build and maintain relationships at a senior level, with the ability to adapt to customer requirements. You will have proven experience of working in a highly customer and business focused environment, with a strong commercial, legal and financial understanding.
