PUBLIC HEALTH NURSE/HEALTH VISITOR
Part-time 22.5 hours per week, permanent
Band 6, Salary: £27,635 - £37,010 per annum, pro rata

An opportunity has arisen for experienced and enthusiastic health visitor to work within the PHN team based at the above Health Care Facility.
The successful candidate will become key members of the multi disciplinary team based in CCHC. The health visiting team based at this location is a friendly, progressive and supportive team that work with a varied client population including vulnerable adults and children.
The successful candidate should be experienced in the areas of child protection, working with vulnerable families and public health. Good communication and organisational skills, coupled with an ability to work within a team setting as well as independently, will be essential requirements of these posts.
A nurse prescriber qualification is desirable.
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
