Candidates should have a high standard of communication and organisational skills, and an ability to work within a team and on their own initiative. A basic knowledge of common IT systems and a willingness to work with partner agencies are also essential. Candidates should have an interest in community development work, in working in partnership with nurseries and have a working knowledge of child protection systems. Due to the geographical location an ability and willingness to travel are also essential.
