Reed are delighted to be supporting a friendly and professional business with their search for a part time Reception Administrator. My client are located a stone’s throw away from the Clifton downs and are looking for a charismatic and organised candidate to join their friendly team for 2.5 days per week.

Do you have first class customer service and organisational skills?

Are you looking for a part time position in the Bristol area?

If so this could be the perfect position for you!

The key responsibilities with this position are:

• Providing an exemplary customer service experience for customers
• Diary management and administration
• Coordinating with different department within the business
• Updating and maintain the current record system
• Dealing with confidential information

Skills and Experience Required

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Previous experience working in a reception/ customer focused position
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels
