PT Italian Customer Service Agent - Home Based

Our client - one of the most fabulous companies within the North East - are seeking an Italian Customer Service Agent to join their fantastic team.

This role will be mainly home based, but you will be required to commute to the office in Sunderland for initial training sessions, and periodically throughout the year.

  • Customer service
  • IT skills
  • Fluent Italian speaking/writing - this is absolutely essential for the role

Hours for the role will be approx. 20 per week, between 8am-11pm. Full time hours may be considered for the right candidate.

The pay rate will be £9.12 per hour, rising to £9.41 on successful completion of probation.

This role is initially temporary role for up to 12 weeks, with the view to becoming a permanent role, providing required performance levels have been met.
