A friendly primary school in Newbury is seeking Psychology Graduates to assist SEN students with their educational and personal development. This position is perfect for recent graduates, particularly those with an interest in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or pursuing a career in Teaching.

This Newbury based school needs more Psychology Graduate support as their SEN student body are struggling to access the same level education as their "mainstream" peers. Students on their SEN register manage ADHD, ASD, Asperger's and various other learning difficulties.

Psychology Graduate Role:
  • Assist with 1:1 interventions and small group learning
  • Support teachers in-class to keep SEN students engaged
  • Encourage students to participate fully in activities and full inclusion
  • Lead small intervention groups to boost progress
  • Motivate each Newburychild to achieve their best
What You'll Need as a Psychology Graduate:
  • Psychology degree (2:2 or higher)
  • Strong knowledge in English, Maths, and Science (GCSE A*-C)
  • Enthusiasm, patience, and commitment to inclusivity
