This SEN TA position would suit a Passionate psychology graduate degree. The ideal graduate will possess caring qualities and ensure they always have a kind, flexible approach. The chosen psychology graduate will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and most importantly will have the motivation and passion to work with the more challenging areas of the curriculum. This school is searching for a psychology graduate who can support pupils through their passion for helping vulnerable individuals with EBD, ASD, ADHD, Social emotion disorders and complex needs.

As the chosen SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with the pupils who have SEN requirements and will play a lead role alongside the professionals in developing both learning and behavioural plans for the key students. The successful psychology graduate will work 1:1 and with small groups of SEN pupils.
