With short, streamlined treatment sessions, you'll focus in the 'here and now' - using CBT based interventions to positively influence other concurrent issues as a result. Here, you'll be able to build therapeutic relationships quickly, set clear boundaries and stay clear and focused in the expectations of each session you take part in.
To join us, it's essential that you have a postgraduate certificate in Low Intensity Psychological Therapies and experience of delivering PWP interventions within an IAPT service. You're going to be able to combine this with excellent team skills and an impressive track record of delivering the highest quality person centred service.
In return, we'll be there to offer you support right the way through your career with us. In fact, we actively engage with our PWPs and encourage individual specialism and extensive training opportunities - all within one of the most flexible and enjoyable working environments you can find as a PWP. If you're looking for a full-time role, that's great. If you're looking for a part-time role to condense your hours - that's fine with us too. We know that being flexible to suit you and your commitments contributes to the positive working environment at Health in Mind.
Running health facilities and services on a not-for-profit basis, we invest every penny back into our care - and our people. So, if you're ambitious and focused on mental health and want to progress a clinical career with real value, this is the job for you
