Our ideal Protection Advisor candidate will be an experienced advisor with a track record for achieving targets whilst delivering a first-class customer journey experience. To achieve this our client will provide you with exceptional training enhancing your skills and building your knowledge in line with their winning formula for success, married up with the highest quality fresh and direct leads and the best commissions in the industry.

Protection Advisor responsibilities:

  • Selling a range of protection insurance products
  • Establishing customer needs and meeting their requirements
  • Ensuring the right customer outcome is achieved

Protection Advisor Duties:

  • To convert client enquiries to policies for prospective clients over the phone
  • To generate business equal to or in excess of monthly target
  • To provide every client with an exceptional customer service level and ensure TCF and best customer outcome is achieved
  • To use all data to maximise sales
  • To provide the client with the best possible advice
  • To ensure the client provides all relevant documentation and is chased up for this where required
  • To work and administer workflows, diaries and chase calls within required timescales
  • To ensure maximum revenue is collected by the business
  • To deal with all clients in a positive and professional manner
  • To give feedback/ideas on how processes can be improved/made more efficient
  • To act in a professional manner and deliver excellent customer service at all times
  • Deal with any client queries as required
  • To ensure computer records are kept up to date
  • To undertake any other duties that fall within the scope of this job
