PRS are delighted to announce this unique opportunity to recruit a Protection Advisor to assist with the introduction of this new role within an established organisation. Our client offers a WOM proposition and has an established and trusted reputation. Committed to growth, our client is looking to recruit a protection specialist whom is able to work alongside the management team in order to establish the role, processes and working partnerships.

Role :

  • Act as a key member to support the design and implementation of the role
  • Build string working partnerships with Mortgage Advisors and colleagues to establish a seamless referral process
  • Support with the design and optimum implementation of the role
  • Conduct customer reviews in order to discuss protection needs
  • To identify best fit protection solutions for customers (and to advise when solutions aren’t appropriate)
  • Compile and submit protection applications
  • Monitor protection application progress through to agreed on-risk date
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Ensure all protection conversations, documentation and transactions meet with business process regulatory requirements, company compliance standards and company associated guidelines
  • Offer initiatives and ideas on maximising the efficiency of the role across the business
  • Research all protection market/ offerings
  • Maintain CRM and diary management and ensure that all tasks are completed within the correct timeframes

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual whom is experienced at offering protection solutions and has a good understanding of the market. As a result of working closely alongside the management team and playing a key role in the design of the role there is a great opportunity to progress quickly within the organisation this may lead to team management.

The successful applicant will be required to possess the following:

  • A proven record of both sales and service in a similar role
  • In depth knowledge of life insurance products
  • An understanding of compliance requirements and standards
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self motivation and influencing skills
  • Passion to establish a developing business
  • Strong planning and control skills
  • Experience at working alongside Senior Management
  • Full CeMap qualification

Location :

  • Central Bristol
