Full time Permanent Role
37.5 hours per week,
flexible within core hours

A fanastic company with a great loyal and committed team are looking for a new member to help them improve on existing business and bring in new business to support the Field Sales Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for some one who enjoys making phone calls, building relationships and is motivated to bring in extra revenue. In return there will be a generous commission structure. This is a well established company, mostly dealing with the public sector and calls will never be completely cold calling, there will always be an added value to discuss.

Job Function:

To create communication between the Sales Team and prospective new customers and maintain communication between existing and previous customers.
• Lead identification
• Outbound calls to potential new business
• Identification of new opportunities for the Sales Team
• To serve as an introduction of the company to new prospects
• Assisting is B2B and B2C relationship building

Education and training:

Minimum 5 GCSE's A to C or Equivalent
Good IT skills are essential
Toolbox training will be provided for use with the internal database and quotation/ order systems
Able to work on own initiative, in a busy Administrative function.
A positive team player, providing a demonstrating an organised and productive approach, able to work in a small team in an open plan office

Minimum 2 years Sales Lead/Cold calling experience is essential. The job holder must demonstrate eagerness to turn prospects into positive leads for the Sales Team.
Prioritisation of own work load with guidance from Line Manager.
