My Client a national and international contractor is one of the UK's most successful, privately owned organisations who's focus is on winning and delivering private sector projects in sectors such as commercial offices, residential, mixed use, retail, student accommodation, logistics, education, hotels and leisure.

Due to organic growth they are now looking to recruit an experienced Proposals Coordinator to assist in the production of professionally produced bid documents.

Reporting into the Pre Construction Manager and working closely with the Bid team the Proposals Coordinator will be responsible for:

Role & Responsibilities

-Producing high quality documents in PowerPoint, Word and InDesign
- Supporting the Management team in coordinating and delivering a range of activities including:
-Tracking and responding to bid opportunities
-Rationalising and improving existing promotional material
- Editing bid and writing bid documents
- Research associated areas such as potential clients key contacts, lists of upcoming Framework opportunities, site acquisition information
- Completing PQQs, Selection Questionnaires, Supplier Questionnaires etc
- Reading and understanding briefing documents.
- Coordinating responses to ITTs, RFIs, RFQs
- Formatting bid / tender / proposal documents,
- Coordinating the submission and distribution of clarification questions and responses
- Prepare letters, proposals, bids, presentations, reports and schedules

Skills & Experience

Previous experience of Bid and Proposal Coordination within a construction or built environment

Required Software Experience

• MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Preferred Software Experience
• InDesign
• Illustrator
• Photoshop

Key Competencies
• Exceptional eye for detail and consistent formatting
• The ability to replicate standard parts of tenders and so be efficient
• Organisation skills
