About the role
The purpose of the role is to provide support and assistance to the Group Property Director, her 6 direct reports and the wider team when necessary. This is a highly reactive role, requiring you to respond quickly to work requests, but to be of real value to the team, you will be pro-active in your working style, planning ahead and anticipating what their needs are before they have thought of it themselves! The role also encompasses all HR admin work, creation of property processes, managing execution and completion of legal documents, some property inspections and attendance at some meetings.
