An experienced Property Solicitor is wanted for a fantastic opportunity with a dynamic and forward thinking Sunderland based practice. The successful candidate will join the busy Property department of this fully accredited, CQS member; managing an existing caseload of freehold and leasehold, residential and commercial property sales and purchases from start to finish; to include new builds, commercial leases and the acquisition and disposal of business assets. Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches. Some Licensing, Wills, Trusts and Estate Administration may also form part of the week to week.

The successful candidate will possess at least 3 years' experience gained in a busy high street or regional law firm, possess excellent client servicing skills and the confidence to hit the ground running managing all types of conveyancing transaction.
