Property Services Administrator

Venn Group has been approached by a Leading Contractor in Manchester to recruit for a Property Services Administrator on a 6 month on-going basis.

As a successful candidate you will have experience working in a similar role within Social Housing.

The duties, of which experience is essential, will include:

  • Answering both internal and external phone calls
  • Updating spreadsheets, databases and inputting data
  • Liaising with customers to book electrical inspections and managing the diaries of operatives and supervisors
  • General administration duties

It is essential the successful candidate has a full UK driving license and own Transport.
